As a manned guarding company, AlMulla Security doesn't want to put its officers in dangerous or impossible situations. So, whenever we assume responsibility for a new site or, in some cases, when we prepare a tender offer for a potential client, we conduct a full security audit to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing security arrangements.
The purpose of these audits is to assess the risks that may be present, and recommend improvements that we can help make to enhance its security. They cover four areas of corporate risk: Operational, Financial, Reputation and Legal, and examine all aspects of physical security as well as the competence of security officers guarding the site. The process includes the testing of effectiveness of the security around the site by security experts, who attempt to breach existing security protocols.
A detailed and confidential report is then prepared and delivered to the client's security management team, who are then involved in the development of an action plan to address any deficiencies which have been identified. The review may also generate detailed recommendations for extra training required by the on-site security officers, to enhance their skills and maximise their effectiveness. AlMulla Security is also able to analyse the potential for staff reduction and other cost-cutting measures, and to report this back to the client.
AlMulla Security consultancy service can be combined with a complete security review and risk analysis study, to identify any gaps in your security provision and design the most cost-effective solution.
The AlMulla Security Consultancy and Systems team works closely with AlMulla Security's manned guarding division to create an integrated security solution to suit your need.
AlMulla Security can also provide a complete remote monitoring and response service from its own control room. |
