The Group’s operating activities are consolidated into eight verticals, each having its own management team with profit and loss accountability, and managed in an independent manner within parameters set by the Group. The eight business divisions are as follows:

The Automotive Group was established in 1947 when the Group first introduced Chrysler vehicles to the Kuwaiti market.

Established in 1955, the Engineering Group is a leading provider of total engineering solutions catering to the needs of all market sectors.

Al Mulla Group Holding Co. KSCC has consolidated its subsidiaries and associates in the Financial Services Industry under one umbrella, the Financial Services Group.

In 2010, Al Mulla Group consolidated all its non-automotive trading and manufacturing activities under the Trading & Manufacturing Group.

The Rental & Leasing Group consists of two major companies, both of which are leaders in their respective markets: Al Mulla Rental & Leasing Company in Kuwait and Select Transportation Solutions in Qatar.

Kuwait College of Science and Technology (KCST) is a private university established with the purpose of providing internationally recognized under-graduate and graduate degree programs in various field of knowledge.

The Healthcare Group was created in 2006 when Al Mulla Group, in a joint venture with other business entities, launched the Royale Hayat Hospital, which marked a significant milestone in the healthcare and wellness sector in Kuwait.

This division was created as the expansion of the Group required a dedicated department to manage the numerous properties and spaces owned, rented, or occupied by the Group.
