Kuwait College of Science & Technology, an affiliate of Al Mulla Group, has recently celebrated the opening of the first Huawei 5G laboratory in Kuwait at the college’s campus in the Doha area. This mutually beneficial educational investment in cooperation with Huawei, a pioneer company in the field of information and telecommunications in Kuwait, aims at promoting the development of ICT talents among students, in addition to facilitating new digital business models. The lab will bring together and unite all corners of the network slicing industry, and perform long-term verification of technical innovation for industry partners, as well as eliminate technical pain points and drive maturity of the network slicing industry.
