Al Mulla Motors Receives the Diamond Award from Mitsubishi Motors for Best Aftersales in MEA

Maseelah Trading Co., a member of Al Mulla Group and the sole authorized distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Kuwait since 1972, has recently received the “Diamond” and “Platinum” Awards in the After Sales Business Excellence Program for FY21 category from Mitsubishi Motors Middle East and Africa (MMMEA). This meritorious award comes after three consecutive years of receiving the Platinum award.

At a special ceremony held recently at the headquarters of Al Mulla Group in Kuwait, Chief Executive Officer of Mitsubishi Motors Middle East and Africa Mr. Yutaka Yano presented the special awards to Mr. Talal A. Al Mulla, Chief Executive Officer of Al Mulla Group. The two CEOs were then joined by the Managing Director of Al Mulla Automotive Group Mr. Imad Flayhan, Director of Automotive Mr. Hisham Fakih, After Sales General Manager of Mitsubishi Middle East and Africa Mr. Peter Frangos, as well as members of the Senior Management team from MMMEA, and Al Mulla Group to present the certificates to the winning team.

In addition, the company also received the “Platinum” Award for achieving highest KPI score in FY21 in the same category.
