Maseelah Trading Co., a member of Al Mulla Group and the sole authorized distributor of Mitsubishi Vehicles in Kuwait since 1972, has recently received two meritorious awards from Mitsubishi Motors Middle East & Africa.
At the 2024 Regional After Sales Marketing Conference, which was held recently in Abu Dhabi – UAE, the General Manager- After Sales at Al Mulla Motors Mr. Salim S. Kareem received on behalf of the company the “Regional Top Performer in Customer Experience” award, for constantly achieving highest Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) attributes amongst all other distributors in the region. He was also presented with the “Best Performance in Accessory Sales in the Region” award.
