Al Mulla Group Organizes Health Awareness Session on Prostate Cancer in Collaboration with CAN

As part of our ongoing commitment to prioritize our employees’ well-being and building on our successful Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives that support a healthy work environment, Al Mulla Group has recently organized a health awareness seminar about Prostate Cancer for all male Group employees above 50 years of age. The health awareness initiative was organized in collaboration with the Cancer Aware Nation (CAN), a non-profit social organization that caters to cancer awareness efforts to the public. The awareness seminar took place at Al Mulla Group’s Headquarters in Shuwaikh, coinciding with the international ‘Movember’ campaign for World Men’s Health and Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

The awareness session, which was conducted by a specialized medical team from CAN, was well attended by many employees from various departments within Al Mulla Group, and featured valuable insights into the importance of early detection and preventative measures for prostate cancer. Attendees also received useful information about key risk factors, lifestyle modifications and the vital role that regular check-ups play in preserving long-term health, as well as, free blood pressure and sugar tests.
