Mohamed Elloumi is the Director of Trucks, Buses & Heavy Equipment at Al Mulla Group. A seasoned automotive executive with over 25 years of leadership experience, Mohamed has a comprehensive background spanning the automobile, lubricants, trucks, and heavy equipment sectors. He joined Al Mulla Group in 2019 during the pivotal launch of the Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles dealership.

Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated consistent growth, progressing from Head of Sales to Acting General Manager and General Manager, before ascending to his current role overseeing the Group’s full heavy equipment portfolio. Mohamed has been instrumental in establishing the brand’s market leadership in Kuwait. His strategic focus on major fleet and government contracts, most notably the successful 258-vehicle Kuwait Municipality tender, has been a cornerstone of the division's success.

Under his leadership, the division has maintained its top market position since 2019, achieved a service contract penetration rate exceeding 65%, and secured multiple Mercedes-Benz MENA Dealer Awards across various categories. Mohamed always champions a vertical-integration approach, leveraging the strengths of MBCV, Al Mulla Finance, and Al Mulla Industries to create integrated solutions and “combo deals” that deliver strong profitability for the Group. His approach has successfully generated cross-company business, enabling clients to access comprehensive packages that include vehicles, financing, and industrial services. These integrated deals have contributed significantly to the Group’s annual revenue, reinforcing both customer satisfaction and sustainable profit growth.

Prior to joining Al Mulla Group, Mohamed spent 15 years as the General Manager of Castrol Kuwait. In this role, he led a workforce of over 120 employees and managed a network of more than 40 lubricant centers, delivering over USD 25 million in annual sales through strategic market expansion and diversified distribution channels.

Mohamed Elloumi holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Economics and Management from Université Libre de Sfax (formerly University of the South).
