Al Mulla Group, a leading diversified business group in Kuwait, has announced a significant milestone in the nation’s transportation and logistics sector through a landmark strategic alliance between its divisions and Jawharet Berlin General Trading & Contracting Company - one of Kuwait's leading construction aggregate suppliers and a key player in the nation’s logistics and infrastructure industries. This partnership, representing one of the largest Mercedes-Benz truck fleet agreements in Kuwait in recent years, underscores the Group’s commitment to driving national infrastructure growth through integrated corporate excellence.

The collaboration highlights Al Mulla Group’s unique capability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end business solutions by leveraging the expertise of its diverse business divisions. This major deal was made possible through a seamless collaboration among Al Mulla Automobiles, the authorized distributor of Mercedes-Benz Trucks in Kuwait; Al Mulla Finance, which provided strategic, tailored financing solutions; and Al Mulla Industries, which will contribute specialized technical support. This integrated approach reflects the Group’s mission to act as a trusted partner in the State of Kuwait’s sustainable economic development.

As a core component of this strategic agreement, the deal included the provision of over 150 Mercedes-Benz trucks delivered across two batches. To ensure a turnkey solution for Jawharet Berlin, the fleet was fully financed through tailored packages from Al Mulla Finance Company, while Al Mulla Industries Company provides bespoke steel fabrication to meet the specific operating requirements of the logistics and construction aggregate sectors, and builds durable and highly reliable customized tippers with better fuel efficiency, all with 24x7 after-sales support.

The official key-handover ceremony was attended by Mr. Talal A. Al Mulla, Board Member & Chief Executive Officer at Al Mulla Group, accompanied by Mr. Imad Flayhan, Managing Director of Al Mulla Automotive, Mr. Khaled Al Muraikhi, CEO of Al Mulla Finance, Mr. Elie Zoghb, Managing Director of Trading & Manufacturing and Rental & Leasing at Al Mulla Group, and the General Manager of Jawharet Berlin, alongside senior management representatives from both organizations.
