In 1993, a new Civil Construction division was formed to provide support for specialized turnkey MEP Projects related to substations and power transmission. The division is more than 300 strong, with over 30 major projects under its belt. It has achieved remarkable success by utilizing the latest building technology to deliver critical projects on time and within budget, while going above and beyond client expectations.

The Civil Construction has the distinction of being classified Grade 1 by CAPT and has a Quality Management System in place, which is regularly assessed for compliance and approved by external auditors. With expertise in delivering turnkey solutions to execute and manage large residential buildings and villas, schools, and government institutions, the division has achieved incredible success and acclaim. The division works in tandem with other departments to offer clients a more comprehensive set of services to minimize their investment and maximize their returns.

The Civil Construction division has carried out projects for clients such as the Ministry of Public Works, Ministry of Electricity and Water, Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, Environment Public Authority, and more.
