Al Mulla Group celebrated the conclusion of the Summer Internship Program in collaboration with INJAZ Kuwait, reaffirming its commitment to developing young Kuwaiti talent and preparing them for future opportunities in the private sector. The program culminated in a special ceremony at the Group’s Head Office in Shuwaikh, bringing together representatives from the Al Mulla Group’s Human Resources department and INJAZ-Kuwait management. The gathering celebrated the completion of the training program and acknowledged the joint efforts and fruitful collaboration between the two parties, which were instrumental to the program's success.

As part of the one-month-long vocational training program, participants gained practical experience across Al Mulla Group’s diverse business sectors, including Al Mulla Automotive, Engineering, Industries, Finance, and other areas of operation. Through direct engagement with professional work environments, interns gained firsthand insights into the Group’s businesses and operations, while broadening their understanding of different career pathways.

Commenting on the initiative, Director of Group Human Resources at Al Mulla Group Mr. Faisal J. Through this partnership, we continue to provide Kuwaiti youth with meaningful opportunities to gain practical experience and develop their professional capabilities.” Adding: “We were pleased to see this year’s interns demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn. Their engagement throughout the program reflects the value of meaningful workplace exposure in helping young Kuwaitis take their first steps toward their professional careers.”
