Al Mulla Group Hosts the Al Bayan Bilingual School’s Week Without Walls Internship Program

Al Mulla Group recently partnered with Al Bayan Bilingual School (BBS) to support the school’s annual Week without Walls Internship Program, a flagship initiative providing students with experiential learning opportunities beyond the classroom. This is the third consecutive edition of the program at BBS, which was conducted this year in collaboration with Al Mulla Group and offered students unique, hands-on exposure to professional work environments across some of the Group’s key divisions.

Over three intensive vocational training days, at various companies within Al Mulla Automotive and Al Mulla Financial Services Divisions, with a transportation support between facilities provided by Al Mulla Rental & Leasing, participants engaged directly with professionals, observed operational workflows, and took part in practical tasks, gaining valuable insight into real-world business operations. The experience complemented their academic studies while fostering professional confidence, practical skills, and a deeper understanding of industry practices.

The program concluded with a graduation ceremony at Al Mulla Group’s Head Office in Shuwaikh, where certificates were presented to the interns by Mr. Faisal Almatar, Director of Group Human Resources; Ms. Maryam Al Kandari, Manager of Human Resources; and Mr. Mahendran Lakshmanan, Senior Manager – Human Resources, Al Mulla Automotive. Representatives from BBS senior management, along with members of Al Mulla Group’s Human Resources and Corporate Communications teams, joined the celebration to recognize the students’ enthusiasm, dedication, and outstanding engagement throughout the program.

This collaboration underscores Al Mulla Group’s commitment to youth empowerment and development and its dedication to building meaningful partnerships that bridge academic learning with practical experience, empowering the next generation to lead with confidence and capability.
